Our Story

We believe in hospitality - public and private hospitality. It is a calling for many of us, a gift according to the Greek Scriptures. We're not perfect, but our people are going to be focused on this calling/gift.

We also believe in simplicity. How do we do that? By saying no to options, at the same time being at places with options. We've decided to focus our people on delivering one good thing - Hamburgers.
